Terms of Use for Spec2Build Platform

Welcome to Spec2Build Platform. By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Spec2Build Platform is owned and operated by ("Spec2Build," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in South Africa. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Spec2Build.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Services and, by continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

3. Delivery policy

Subject to receipt of payment, requests will be processed immediately and services & subscription will be activated.

4. Return and Refunds policy

No refunds for cancelation of premature cancelation of services. No refunds on bidder fees irrespective on the outcome of the bid.

5. Customer Privacy policy

Spec2Build shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal 

Information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be accessed on:

 6. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the (Your Company) bank account, the

 7. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Spec2Build via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African 

Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on 

the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security polic

8. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Spec2Build separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is 

South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility

Spec2Build takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of services sold on this website, 

Customer service and support, dispute resolution of Services

The content on our Services, including text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by Spec2Build or used with permission. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our permission.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

17. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Spec2Build does not make any warranties about the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of this information.

 18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Spec2Build be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including loss of profits arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our Services.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
